Virginie was born and grew up in Limburg, Herk-de-Stad which is close to the city of Hasselt. Belgium is a small country split into different regions where; Dutch, Woolon, French, Flemish and German are spoken. It has been the home of NATO since the 60’s and is also famous for it’s; waffles, chocolates, pastries and beer. Virginie graduated as a Commercial Engineer from the University of Hasselt in September 2005 and is currently completing her reign as Miss Belgium. Her future ambition is to have an international career in the media and economics. Hobbies include: Sudoku for starters, reading, films, horse riding, indoor cycling, swimming, ice skating, skiing, she enjoys ballet dancing and has a 10 year old Maltese dog named ‘Pluche’. Favourite motto would be “Never judge a book by its cover”.

Brooke was born in Burlington and grew up in Essex, Vermont, a region known as New England. This region is known for having four distinct seasons , activities include skiing in the winter, beautiful falls for foliage viewing, hiking and lake activities in spring and summer. Booke has a Bachelor of Arts degree, and is currently working on her art portfolio, she plans to complete a master's degree in painting, ultimately she would love to teach studio art in a university. Hobbies and leisure interests are: Listening to all types of music, but U2 is her ultimate favourite, drawing, painting, artistic work, sewing, travelling, skiing, running, swimming and tennis. She has two Yorkshire terriers, Bunny and Scott. Favourite food is Sushi and bagels (but not together). Her most interesting job was volunteer work in China and India. Personal motto is “Never be afraid to try things fearing that you will fail. You learn more about yourself from your failures than your successes”.
