Tamara Almeida Silva, Miss Minas Gerais, (photo by Fabio Nunes), was crowned Miss Mundo Brasil 2008 at an event held at the Eco Resort Angra in Angra do Reis. Tamara, 22, will now represent Brazil at the Miss World 2008 contest.
Miss World 2008, the 58th Miss World beauty pageant, will be held on October 4, 2008, at the Ukraina National Palace in Kiev, Ukraine.
