Miss England 2008 is Laura Coleman, 22 from Derby. First runner-up Chloe Marshall and Second runner-up Vanessa Lansom.
Laura Coleman will represent England in Miss World 2008 .
Miss World 2008, the 58th Miss World beauty pageant, will be held on October 4, 2008, at the Ukraina National Palace in Kiev, Ukraine.

God that Laura is such a FAKE!!
All she talked about before winning the crown was how she hated the modeling inudstry when she was doing because they made her feel fat...all she does now shes won the title is talk about she "hopes her new title can break her modeling career!!" She says what she wants to get the crown and does completely the opposite once shes got it. Shes even modeling half naked in The Sun!! why couldnt someone genuine be representing our country??

she never said she hated the modeling industry, she said they told her to loose some weight.
Since becoming Miss England she's put on more weight and looks even better than before. Shes promoting a healthy body image and I think that great.
she hasn't lost weight to be a model, shes making the modeling world take her for who she is.
Go Laura, and those who criticise her should just get a life.
