Miss Universe 2009, the 58th Miss Universe beauty pageant, will be held at the Atlantis Paradise Island, in Nassau, Bahamas on August 23, 2009. Dayana Mendoza, from Venezuela, winner of Miss Universe 2008, will crown her successor in the event.
Jenna Norwood

Jenna was born and raised in North Vancouver, BC. She is an extremely bright and independent young woman. Jenna currently manages Tantra Lounge, a beautiful restaurant and lounge on the waterfront of North Vancouver.
She has an extensive background and intense interest in the hospitality field and has developed excellent interpersonal skills and thrives in any cross functional environment. Jenna has a broad spectrum of interests such as spending time outdoors, fundraising, classical singing and public speaking.
When Jenna is not busy working, she enjoys traveling around the world. Some of her favourite places on her list of travels are Japan, Turkey and the Dominican Republic.
